Mystery Wine Dinner

The Wilton Chamber of Commerce will host its inaugural “Mystery Wine Dinner” on Wednesday, February 8th at Dina! A Restaurant beginning at 6:00 pm.

The evening includes a 5-course dinner, with each course paired with a premium wine that is unidentified.  Attendees attempt to determine the particular vintage of wine, and those with the highest correct scores win prizes.

A welcome “bubbly” accompanied by a craft cheese starts the dinner, followed by appetizers paired with two varietals of white wine.  Main entrees feature two red vintages, finishing with a dessert wine and sweet plate.

Cost for the Chamber’s Mystery Wine Dinner is $75 per person for Chamber members, $85 for non members.  Seating is very limited, so early reservations are urged by completing the form below or calling the office at 762-0567.
